Shipping costs
We send all our orders with Swiss Post and A-Priority. We try to offer you attractive shipping rates. Orders with a value of CHF 100 and above will be shipped free.
- For parcels you pay CHF 8.-
- For products that fit in a envelope you pay CHF 2.- (maximal height 2cm)
- For products that fit in a envelope you pay CHF 4.- (maximal height 4cm)
Our shop system knows the products that can be shipped in an envelope. As soon as you checkout, you can choose the shipping method you wish. In the products detail page you can see if the item can be shipped in an envelope (like Oregano) or not (like olive oil).
If you prefer, you can pick up your products in our shop in 5313 Klingnau, Switzerland. Just choose the shipping method "pickup in our store". Our opening hours are as following:
- Monday - Friday, 09:00 - 12:00 Uhr and 14:00 - 18:00 Uhr
- Saturday: 09:00 - 12:00 Uhr
